Markes - (Completed '06)
We expanded the foyer on this standard split-entry by adding a closet and some elbow room inside. The star of the show is the porch and stoop. Features include: custom fiberglass door with aluminum frame and matching transom, precast fiberglass columns, eyebrow arch, board on board cedar siding, large concrete stoop with inset riser, bead board soffit with recessed lights at porch.

We added 432 sq ft on both the lower level and the main floor and well as 312 to the garage. The city lot is small and established and we could barely get far enough back to take photos. The old flat ceiling was converted to a vault without removing the roof for the great room upstairs. The deck was rebuilt with material from the existing deck.
Custom railing at the foyer compliments the decor.

Pat's Garage 2001 (Collova Builders)
Here's the kind of garage we build best: big, beautiful and loaded with features. This on has in-floor heat, a restroom, full insulation, 10-ft high doors, stairway to loft and lots and lots of room, 32' × 62'.
Matt Collova - 2002
A 10 ft. flat ceiling with pine planking is part of the unique and open feeling of this sunken dining room addition. The large Pella wood windows and transoms create a sense of space unlike similar rooms with "standard" vaulted ceilings.
Need just a shell to finish yourself? So did Tom.
(Turned over to owner 10/06)
Here we added over 700 sq. ft of foundation, over 1200 sq. ft of main floor and loft and added a whole new roof over both the addition and the existing house. The new area has impressive two-way ceiling vault and a full 8 ft. basement. We also modified and enlarged the septic system - another service we supply.
This customer didn't need us to do everything since he's doing a lot himself. Brothers did the excavating, foundation and framing. We got it done quickly and without water leaks. The owner now has a secure shell to finish out over the winter.
