Matt has eight years of experience as a carpenter, as well as over seven years purchasing background with a national builder. This field and office combination gives him a unique insight among remodelers.

Both Matt and his wife Pam are involved with the community. Some ways they serve others while not on the job:

Matt and Pam have four kids involved in music, reading, acting, skiing and travel.

Brothers Additions & Decks is a family owned and operated company specializing in additions, remodels, and decks in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The almost 100 years of combined homebuilding experience of the four Collova brothers is why general manager Matt Collova named his company what he did.

Larry Collova has overseen Collova Brother excavating since its start in 1995. He's run digging equipment of all kinds since before high school in the 1970s. Phil Collova has done what whatever it's taken to help close hundreds of homes over the last 25 years as a carpenter and superintendent.
